Our skincare assortment will initially consist of two lines where a more exclusive one features the brand’s signature products and the second one is a complement that offers a lower price range.
Exclusive range
Together with three experts within natural ingredients, we are at the moment creating diverse blends that will be offered to consumers with different needs and at different stages in their lives. We are creating multi purpose products so the consumer will only need one to cover the basic needs of maintaining good skin health.
Carefully chosen ingredients tested in laboratories and certified will form our skincare oils; Offered in generous containers with an attractive visual identity created by our graphic designers to match the content.
Price range: 1500 -3500 SEK.
Affordable range
This range of products will consist of a variety of beneficial, cold pressed oils. They will also be carefully created and sourced together with our formulators. Consumers will be well informed how to choose according to their needs to achieve maximum care.
Price range: 80 -300 SEK.
Production
We will outsource production to act sustainably; by collaborating with existing experts in the field of natural and organic skincare we spare the construction of a new facility, which also generates a financial gain for our company. The sourcing will mainly be done from different types of cooperatives with priority given to women’s cooperatives. We also see existing producers who possess expertise in regulations for this segment as a great advantage and we have already initiated a collaboration with external stakeholders.
We aim to be trading with local producers in consideration of the sustainable aspect. The possibility to buy raw products with minimal climate footprint will promote our brands ethical guidelines.
As a result of outsourcing the production we have identified a financing need in order to quickly adapt and update machines for the brand’s packaging and possible production of certain products; for example cold pressing which requires a different type of machinery.
Sales
The sales point of the brand will initially be web based with our own web shop. A platform where we can have full control of how we build brand awareness and offer our customers knowledge, advice and excellent customer service. This will be a focus area within the marketing strategy and is crucial for us as we aim to build long term relationships, based on loyalty and trust.
Marketing
Via our web shop and social media channels the marketing of this brand will communicate healthy aging. It will be all about projecting a rare viewed, within cosmetics, image of what beauty also can look like. Present an updated and more accepting image on beauty to the consumer. Redirect fear towards the natural aging process of the body to acceptance of it.
